The September 16, 1999 issue of the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine reported that
soaking in hot tubs can lower high blood sugar levels caused by diabetes,
a disease that affects 15.7 million Americans.

Researcher Dr. Philip L. Hooper informed the Journal about a small pilot study, conducted by
the Mckee Medical Center in Loveland, Colo., that suggested soaking in a spa for
30 minutes a day can reduce blood sugar levels 13 percent.

More Health Benefits...

  • The enlarged blood vessels that come with immersion in hot
water also draw hot water from the head, helping to
    unclog nasal passages.
  • Increasing the body's temperature to 103 F increases the number of
virus and bacteria fighting white blood cells three fold.
  • Your body's heart rate and respiration increases, helping eliminate metabolic
wastes that collect in muscle tissue.
  • Your immune system is stimulated, antibody protection increases, and endorphins
    - the body's natural painkillers - are released, melting away aches
    and pains.

And Hot Tubs...

  • Reduce stress
  • Renew your spirit
  • Relax your body
  • Provide a retreat for you
  • Promote conversations within your family

Spas provide a true head-to-toe therapeutic experience of both body and mind.

The Arthritis Foundation list back pain as one of the most common health problems in the
United States - some 50 percent to 80 percent of adults have had back pain
at some time, and 10 percent of all Americans have back pain in a given year.
Back pain can occur at any age in both men and women.
Relieve back pain TODAY!
Spa jetting systems give spa owners the ability to customize their personal back massage.
Spas provide a deep tissue massage or if you prefer, a softer hydrotherapy experience.

Arthritis bothering you?

Soaking in warm water accomplishes two highly effective means of easing arthritis pain:

  1. The natural buoyancy of water reduces body weight by approximately 90%,
relieving both stress and tension on the joints.
  2. Warm water elevates body temperature and leads to increased circulation
    and blood flow.

Sleep like a baby again.

According to the National Sleep Foundation, establishing a regular, relaxing bedtime routine
allows you to unwind and signals your brain that it is time
for sleep. The foundation acknowledges that soaking in hot water before bedtime
can facilitate the ease of slumber.
